The news is making a huge issue out the current obesity crisis.\u00a0 But they are lying to the public.\u00a0 And the lies are deliberate, funded by people who have a major conflict of interest.\u00a0 People who are overweight do not have a lack of willpower.\u00a0 They have been on dozens of diets.\u00a0 Add all the diets up, they have lost hundreds of pounds.\u00a0 Overweight people follow all the medical advice to a T and still gain all the weight they lose back.\u00a0 Out of 20 people who lose weight on a diet, 19 of them will gain it all back and then gain 10 lbs more on top of it.\u00a0 As this turns in to a 20 year process, they gain more and more weight while eating less and less.\u00a0 It\u2019s frustrating, it\u2019s discouraging, and overweight people face serious discrimination issues.\u00a0 What the heck is going on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sugar is in everything.\u00a0 Why is there sugar in canned tuna?\u00a0 Why is there sugar in pepperoni?\u00a0 Why is there sugar in sausage?\u00a0 Sugar is in diet food.\u00a0 Sugar is in vitamins.\u00a0 And sugar is injected into chicken breasts served in restaurants. And there is sugar added to the salad dressing.\u00a0 Most people on a diet have a chicken salad when they go out to eat.\u00a0 They might as well eat a candy bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Savory food should not have sugar.\u00a0 Sugar used to be expensive, and a very rare treat.\u00a0 Most people 50 years ago only ate sugar on a special occasion, or had a tiny bit in their coffee.\u00a0 Now it is almost impossible to find a food you purchase in the store that does not have sugar in it.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because there on only 10 companies that own almost all the food brands in the entire world, and food tastes better when it has sugar in it.\u00a0 Sugar enhanced food sells better.\u00a0 And sugar makes you hungry so you buy more food.\u00a0 It\u2019s corporate greed.\u00a0 It\u2019s global.\u00a0 And it effects your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
